You’ll gently explore the internal + external influences that have shaped your behaviours — and see your patterns clearly for the first time.
Session 2 — Mind, Body & Spirit
Understanding what can drain or restore your energy.
You’ll identify what drains you, what restores you, and how reconnecting with yourself creates the foundation for change.
Session 3 — Weight Loss Energy Levels
Discover why change can feel hard — and how this can be changed.
You’ll learn the 7 levels all humans move through — and how your behaviour makes perfect sense when you know which “level” you’re in.
Session 4 — Identity & Mechanics
Discover who you can become and what could support your change.
You’ll define the next version of yourself and choose one small, supportive action that creates real momentum — without pressure or perfection.
